Jean Tan Liting
Advocate & Solicitor

Jean graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree in 2009. She was recently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in May 2010.

During her time as a Practice Trainee, Jean had the opportunity to work at a notable medium-sized law firm in Singapore, in the Commercial and General Litigation department.

As an Associate, she acted for a stockbroking firm, landlords and tenants of commercial as well as residential properties, and financial institutions. She also had experience acting for individuals in private banking disputes and matrimonial matters.

Jean’s practice currently covers corporate, commercial and litigation matters. She also advises Statutory Boards on various legal matters, ranging from grants, procurement documentation, scholarship deeds, non-disclosure agreements, and other contractual issues.

Jean is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
