Although a relatively new area of practice in Singapore, the Group has both experience working with the fledgling local media industry as well as with foreign media companies. In this regard, the Group primarily advises its clients on their rights and liabilities vis-à-vis the creative work they create, produce or perform, and also on matters relating to the subsequent commercialisation and exploitation of their creative works and artistic rights.
